Nathan went to Washington DC on business and came back with a rather un-patriotic present for Natalee. It was a how-to book on making balloon animals. Well, she's in love with it, and I have a new "skill". I'm not very good because I still have to look at the book quite a bit, but we're sure enjoying ourselves. Who knows, in a while I might be able to book myself at a birthday party!
This was the first night, with a dog, a bee and a mouse. I only popped one and was pretty proud of myself.
This is a few days later. Now we've got (in addition to those pictured above) a poodle on a leash, an elephant, a monkey on a tree, a parrot, a butterfly, and another kind of dog. We're having so much fun and making quite a mess!
