Labor Day Fun
Since Labor Day was almost 2 weeks ago, I thought I'd better play a little catch up. On Labor Day we went looking for baby fabric for MarKey. I got to tend the kids in the fabric stores, but they are cute and my mom bought me lunch, so it was worth it. After we were done with the fabric hunt, we took the kids miniature golfing. Natalee loves to miniature golf but (don't tell her I said so) she is so bad at it. First of all, she tries to hit the ball like a hammer hitting a nail. She's got a problem with depth perception, so she frequently doesn't hit it at all. When she does finally make contact it is with such force that it often goes off of the course. I wish one of these times we would keep score, because on 18 holes, I am pretty sure she's over 200. They were very cute golfing. Bennett was very funny and wanted to just put his ball in the hole without hitting it. He was also quite freaked out by the windmills and little houses where you ball would disappear. He wouldn't ever put it somewhere that he couldn't see it. We had a very fun day and a great day off from school.

I love mini golf. We haven't been in a very long time. That is too funny about Natalee, she takes after her aunt in real golf, I think it takes me 200 hits just to get through the first hole
