I mean really? Is there anything better looking than two bell peppers, all stuffed and ready to
pop in the oven....with their stickers still on them?
Then is there anything more wonderful than realizing
that you forgot to wash them too?

Please tell me that you just peeled off the sticker and ate the beauties! Please do not tell me that you threw them away just because they weren't washed! :)
I took off the stickers, rinsed off the outside, cooked them and ate them. Yummy!
That is something I would do. Besides washing is over rated, right?
And the oven kills all the germs right? I mean what could be on the outside that is worse than raw meat. Wait, don't tell me.
I just re-found your blog. It took me a while and now I'm trying to get caught up. I am laughing SO hard right now. That is totally something I could see myself doing. I would done exactly what you did too. Oven temps should kill anything too icky, right?
