16

May 10th marked our 16th Wedding Anniversary.  I was most excited that Nathan stayed home from work and we just got to spend the whole day together.  Right after we took Natalee to school we went out to breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Then we came home to find these beauties on the porch.  Berries delivered!  Who knew?  And they were just as yummy as they look too, my favorite being the dark chocolate ones!

I was supposed to volunteer at the school, but Natalee called and told me that her teacher said I could have the day off.  This freed up our afternoon, so we took the opportunity to go and finally see The Hunger Games.  We are the last two people in the world to see it and as such they gave us the theater all to ourselves.
Natalee was so excited for our Anniversary this year, and since we've already had 15 we kind of let her plan the rest of the day.  She wanted to take us swimming, naturally since that is our most favorite thing to do.  We had a free night to use at a Marriott, so instead of just going swimming, we had a little staycation at the Courtyard in Layton.  Then Natalee took us out to dinner at Golden Corral since that is our most favorite place to eat.  Not that I don't like being alone, but it was fun to involve her this year and she really enjoyed it.
