"The Gathering Place" in their kitchen and there's never been a more true statement. They are always so good to open their home to everyone whenever there is an event. They are the ultimate party people and we love them for it!

My Grandma (who was very underdressed for a holiday party) and Uncle Mack. Aren't they cute little old people? Then we have Dad sitting with Kellen (who is single by the way, ladies!) and patiently waiting to leave the party and head to The Sugar Bowl.

The highlight of the evening was the Wrapping Paper Fashion Show. We split into 3 groups and dressed up a person in the group with wrapping paper and bows.
Here's what we all came up with:
Jon was the swimsuit portion of a beauty pageant, Sharon was a bride and Grandma was a football player. Now, Grandma was the creation of the group I was in, and she looked better depending on the angle. I guess Cannon was just trying to get in on the action. He's dressed like Sponge Bob.
Here's Bennett totally horrified at the sight of his father.
Can't say we blame him.
Poor child....it'll all come out in therapy!
Then it was time to vote. However, before we could vote, Sharon pulled out the ace up her sleeve. She was actually a "Before and After" Bride. She threw her boquet and with MarKey's help revealed the "nighty" she had underneath, complete with garter belt. So, that clinched it and Sharon's group were declared the winners.

It was a very fun night. Thanks to Kacie for all the planning and to B&J for the use of their house, which I think got slightly more messed up than it should have. I already can't wait for next year!!!

That is so funny about Aunt Sharon and the "nighty". It's too bad that we couldn't be there!!
