Plot: George Bailey is shown by an angel what the lives of people around him would be like if he never existed. He realizes just how much impact a single person has in society, and wouldn't we all like to know that? George goes from suicidal and angry to happy and aware of his blessings.

Favorite Moments:

-George and Mary, dressed in an old football uniform and bathrobe, singing in the street and throwing rocks at an old house

-George and Mary giving the money that was supposed to be for their honeymoon to the people at the Building and Loan

-George's speech to Mr. Potter about how is father died a richer man than he'll ever be

-George running down the street in the falling snow, shouting hello to all the main street landmarks.

George: What is it you want Mary? You want the moon? Just say the word and I'll throw a lasso around it and pull it down. Hey, that's a good idea, I'll give you the moon.

Mary: I'll take it! What next?

George: Well then you can swallow it, and it'll all dissolve, see....and moonbeams will shoot out of your fingers and toes and the ends of your hair....am I talking too much?

Man on Porch: Why don't you kiss her instead of talking her to death!?!

George: You want me to kiss her?
