Ahhh, Natalee is sleeping, but there is someone missing. We think that Bianca, the little cat who she's been carting everywhere has been replaced. Just to be clear never to church, the store or school, Bianca waits in the car, patient little cat that she is. However, we think the days of Bianca's constant involvement in our lives has come to an end. When I found her sleeping with "Bossy Aliya" (the name it came with, believe me we didn't make that up) I had to really search for Bianca. I finally found her, amongst some Littlest Pet Shop Pets in the baby cradle.
It kind of made me sad. When I think about all the places Bianca has been and how long I've been keeping track of her, it was kind of sad to see her thrown in the cradle and forgotten about. There was a time that I was pretty certain that Bianca would go with Natalee to the prom, perhaps college, to a mission and marriage, but for the moment she's not taking her anywhere anymore. Guess that means we're growing up. It's not all it's cracked up to be folks.
Just for kicks, here is a side by side. What Bianca looks like now, and what she looked like when she came to us.
No one can say she hasn't been well loved.
Anyway, just as a funny thing, tonight we were playing Candy Land. Natalee said that she wanted to get a yellow so she could go on the Gumdrop Pass and she got it. Then she said she wanted to get purple to make it past the licorice thing where you lose a turn and she did. I said, "Man, talk about getting everything you want."

It's just like the time Andy left Woody in the toy box and slept with Buzz instead. So sad!
That makes me sad. I will miss Bianca.
Poor little cat. Well, I just want to say, I love your blog, and all the fun stuff you tell us. Your little Natalee is a cute little thing. I just love the stories. I can't wait until you post a new thing.
I can't believe that the Bianca phase is done. I loved to hear those stories.
