We Have No Shame

I love Chick-Fil-A. It's by far my most favorite fast food place. Today was Dress Like a Cow day. If you came dressed like a cow, they gave you free food. So we met MarKey and Bennett, cut some shapes out of construction paper and away we went. My spots kept blowing off in the parking lot. I had more than this when we started. Natalee wanted to take her cow stuffed animal. She kept saying that she was the Momma Cow and it was her baby.
Since we only went half way with our costumes, we didn't get the full benefit of Dress like a Cow day. However, MarKey and I each got a sandwich and the kids each got 8 Nuggets. Then for about $3 each we got fries and a drink. Quite worth it, might I say.

One funny thing: MarKey made Bennett a tail. He was wearing a brown onesie with a bell sticker and a yarn tail. So cute. When we got it done Natalee asked if she could have a tail. I said no, that it was just for Bennett. She said, "Oh, because he's a boy cow?" Apparenly only the boys have tails. She ended up taking it from him, but assured me that she was still a girl cow. She said, "I am still a girl because I have my baby cow." I get this logic 100%
The place we went even had a little kids area with games and a bounce house. Natalee won a basketball and a coupon for a free Value Meal. We had a really fun time.
Oh no Chick-Fil-A, thank you!

I also LOVE Chick-Fil-A. It's a total weakness and I totally missed it when we were in the midwest. I'm lucky I don't live near one even now, or I'd spend way too much money and way too many calories there.

I'm totally jealous, and would gladly have dressed like a bovine to eat free Fil-A. Me sad now.

Love the horns. So cute. And why didn't you take a picture of Bennett with the tail? Also, thanks for the message however, it is with great sadness that I report that we can no longer eat at Chick-fil-a. They cook everything in Peanut Oil. That won't stop me from doing the occasional drive thru for lemonade!

That's so funny! Will you please wear that when you meet me at Chick-Fil-A next month?

Bennett wouldn't sit still for a photo. I have a few blurry ones that I can e-mail you. :)
