100 Wonderful Days

Today was the 100th day of school. Natalee has been excited for this since about the 30th day since Miss Patten told her they'd be having a party. When this magic week hit I'm not sure what she thought was going to happen, but she knew it was going to be big. Apparenly they did have some sort of treat, some mother brought baby chicks, she made this stylish hat and they sang songs about 100 days. I asked her to sing me the song in the car and she declined, saying that she needed room to dance when she sang it. Then we got to the post office and she treated the 10 people there in line to the 100 days song and dance. Some of them even clapped. I don't know, but I suspect that they think she's as cute as I do, so all is well. Anyway, we are so glad that she likes school. We're glad she's doing well and learning lots of new things. There's nothing that I want more for her than to be confident in her academic abilities, whatever their level. She's such a sweet girl.

100's day is always a big event here too except I haven't had the pleasure of a song - let alone a song and dance! What a sweet and so cute girl she is!!

She just needed stage and an audience is all. Sounds like you've got a budding star on your hands. Thanks again for the great class last night...you had us all in tears! (even some of the men)

Hi Shilo! I promise I am not stalking you, I saw you write about Natalee on Jacy's blog and I knew it was you (I remember the lee in Natalee). So I'm here! That's what you get for not having a private blog! Anyway I love checking up and seeing how things are going so I may be back *evil grin*. I have one too I can invite you to.
