What Natalee Wore to School Today

Natalee's first unit in Kindergarten is colors and they work on two per week. On the final day of "studying" the color they are supposed to wear something in that color. Today's color is orange. She's got a darling pair of capri pants that are orange with white and pink shapes on them. I thought they'd be perfect. She said no, she didn't want to wear them. Then I showed her another shirt she has with gnomes on it. Some of the gnomes are wearing orange hats.
No, she didn't want that either. Lastly I suggested a shirt with cupcakes in which some of the cupcakes have orange frosting. That was a no too.
So, what did she have in mind? Her orange Dora the Explorer costume shorts, of course! She said, "They are really the orangist." Then she selected her green crocs to complete the ensamble. Such a snappy dresser, this girl.

That's hilarious! Bryn never wears what I want her to wear either. Just wait till they're teenagers.....eeek!

It looks like we have a fashion designer on our hands. So talented at such a young age.

I can't believe you let you child leave the house like that. It must have been one of those "never say never" moments. She's still cute no matter what she wears!
